01.What MICE services can you offer?
We offer: a meeting room with a projector, 22 sq.m. (for up to 8 people); a meeting room with a large TV screen, 35 sq.m. (for up to 15 people); conference call equipment, laptop, HDMI cable, multifunctional device, flip chart, clicker, microphone. Catering services. A banquet hall, 60 sq.m. (seating capacity: 30 to 40 people, depending on the seating arrangement). Buffet (up to 50 people). Coffee break (up to 50 people). High-speed Wi-Fi internet, individual air conditioning systems, stationery, and water are provided for all events. We also offer support in organizing your events.
02.What is the minimum number of hours required for room rental?
Meeting rooms can be rented for a minimum of 2 hours, and larger halls for a minimum of 5 hours. The cost is discussed individually and depends on the included service package.
03.Are there special accommodation rates for guests attending an event at the hotel?
If you request a package deal that includes both the event and accommodation at our hotel, we offer special conditions. The price of the package is negotiated individually with the hotel manager.
04.What kind of musical accompaniment can you provide for an event?
By default, all rooms available for rent have background music playing from the hotel playlist. It is also possible to disconnect the room from the background music or connect an external audio source. For an additional fee, we can arrange a host, cover band, or DJ for your event. Karaoke can also be organized upon request.
05.Is it possible to organize an offsite wedding registration at your hotel?
Yes, we are happy to provide this service.
