01.What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM (Moscow time).

02.How do I get to the hotel from the metro?

Our hotel is located in the heart of Moscow at 26s3 Petrovka Street, on the first and second floors of a five-story historic building. The nearest metro stations are Trubnaya (5-minute walk) and Teatralnaya (7-minute walk).

03.Do you offer early check-in and/or late check-out? What is the cost?

Yes, we offer early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. E arly check-in (from 8:00 AM) and late check-out (until 6:30 PM) are charged at 50% of the daily room rate. If a guest wishes to check in before 8:00 AM or check out after 6:30 PM, a full additional night’s stay will be charged.

04.What are the reception desk hours?

Our reception operates 24/7.

05.Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we have a luggage storage room where you can leave your belongings. This service is available 24/7.

06.Do you allow pets?

We are happy to accommodate small pets up to 5 kg. We can provide a pet bed and feeding bowls upon request. The cost is 2,000 RUB per night. A one-time cleaning fee of 10,000 RUB applies. Prior approval from the hotel administration is required.

07.Do you have smoking rooms?

According to Federal Law No. 15-FZ of 23.02.2013 on the Protection of Citizens' Health from Tobacco Smoke, smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms, balconies, and public areas. All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking.
